1500-2200 Access for space only standbuilders/exhibitors who do not require carpet laid

1700-2200 Access for space only standbuilders/exhibitors who require carpet to be laid

Tuesday 26th January

0800-2200 Access for space only standbuilders/exhibitors

1200-2200 Access for shell scheme exhibitors

2200 All stands must be completed

Dismantle
Friday 29th January

1700-1800 No access for contractors. Removal of samples from stands by exhibitors

1800-2200 Access for contractors and exhibitors. Removal of displays, dismantling of stands and fittings

Saturday 30th January

0700-1400 Dismantling of stands and fittings

All shell stands must be emptied of exhibits no later than 1900hrs on Friday 29 Jan and all exhibits and stands must be removed from the halls by 1400hrs on Saturday 30 January.
