Slide opens its doors next week to the biggest gathering of snowsport brands in the UK, at Telford International Centre.

Exhibitors have been entering their best products into the Slide Awards. The 3 categories are hardware, software and accessories and finalists will be on display throughout the show, with the winners will be selected by a range of media, specialist retailers and industry opinion-leaders.
Tuesday night is bowling night. Starting immediately after the show closes at Telford Ten Pin, there will be 2 games per team of 5 with prizes for the best individual and best team score. Aside from the healthy competition, there will be unhealthy platters of food and half price beer to fuel the participants and spectators.
Wednesday sees the SIGB AGM taking place post-show. Everyone, members and non-members alike, are invited to join the SIGB for a pre-AGM drink at 6pm The formalities of the AGM being at 6.30 and will be short, followed by an Open Forum where any aspect of the industry is up for discussion. The Slide Awards will be presented, as will this years recipient of the Snowsport Foundation Award – an annual award to a worth snowsport charity.
Show visitors can pre-register online or can register on arrival at the show – entry is free and includes the show catalogue.
